Derwentside College strives to meet the needs of all learners to ensure an inclusive learning experience. As part of this commitment we offer a range of support for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities. This includes:
- A support interview to determine needs and support requirements
- An individual support profile outlining strategies that will help you achieve
- Special examination arrangements where necessary, including additional time
- Assistance throughout the use of a range of specialist equipment/technologies
- Adaption of teaching materials
