The Opportunity

We have a wonderful opportunity for innovative and highly motivated lecturers to join our Health and Care team.  You will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching and assessment for learning and will hold high expectations.  You will deliver and assess Health and Social Care across all levels (level 1 – level 3) and should be familiar with the both CACHE qualifications and the T-Level Technical qualification in Health.

All applicants should hold a degree or a similar professional qualification relevant to the subject area, a science or clinical background would be desirable, with a recognised teaching qualification essential to this role.  Clinical experience is essential to the role with a clinical specialism.

What you will do?

You must be committed to inspiring your learners, have willingness to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for education.  In addition, you will need a flexible approach with the ability to embrace change in this constantly evolving sector.  Experience of pastoral care and course management would also be an advantage.

These are permanent, full-time or part-time posts.  The starting salary will depend upon an individual’s level of qualifications and experience.

This post attracts a recruitment and retention premium meaning the salary is up to £38,948 per annum as a result of market conditions.
