The study of Hospitality will give you the insight into Industry techniques within the kitchen and front of house area which will increase your practical, social and customer care skills and enable you to acquire more knowledge, techniques and training to support you in the Hospitality and Catering Industry. You will also be working within Chapters, the College’s training restaurant which will provide you will with the relevant skills and experience to enable you to produce the evidence required for your portfolio.
