Catering Student Winner

Two of our talented catering students competed in the AoC InterCollege Catering competition at Sunderland College.

We are delighted to announce that Samantha won first place in the Level 3 Filled Pasta Dish competition. She produced a fantastic crab and prawn saffron ravioli using locally picked wild garlic.

Mackenzie produced a delicious Northumberland lamb rump dish, just missing out on being placed. He did exceptionally well against very tough competition.

It was a really rewarding experience for both learners.
