- Create a positive, supportive learning environment that builds resilience, self-belief and high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Support learners’ personal development, wellbeing and preparation for adulthood while maintaining strong levels of engagement, attendance and retention.
- Work collaboratively to secure successful outcomes and progression, assessing learner progress accurately and providing meaningful feedback linked to long-term goals. Contribute to curriculum planning and joined-up support with Learning Support Assistants, specialist teams and external partners.
