What will you do?

As Quality and Teaching Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Quality and Teaching embed a culture of continuous improvement.  You will coordinate robust internal and external quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with college policy and awarding organisation requirements.  Using your strong analytical skills, you will identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance our already exceptional learning experience and maintain high professional excellence.  You will be key to driving quality improvement across all areas of provision by supporting the implementation and sustainability of effective processes linked to Professional Development, Learning Visits, Deep Dives, Learner Voice and staff training to ensure the college continues to drive high-quality pedagogical and professional development.

In order to be successful in the role, you will hold a teaching qualification and have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with up-to-date knowledge of professional standards and sector developments.  Extensive knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment within college based, apprenticeship and adult provision in the FE sector is also essential.

This is a permanent, full-time post; however consideration will be given for an exceptional candidate to work part-time, or on a job share basis.
