Principal & Chief Executive

Chris Todd

As Principal and Chief Executive, Chris is responsible for the overall performance of the College in all aspects of its operations.  As a member of the Board of Governors, Chris leads on the development of the College's strategic priorities and ensures that these are achieved.

Chris, a qualified accountant, has a wealth of experience within the Education sector having held a number of senior management roles during his career. 

Deputy Principal/Deputy CEO

Susan Errington

Susan is responsible for business development, marketing and partnerships.  Susan works closely with the Board of Governors and Executive Team, supporting the College's strategy for growth and overseeing it's partnership provision. 

Susan has worked in the education sector for a number of years in a variety of different roles and has a broad and diverse range of knowledge and experience.

Vice Principal Finance & Resources

Tina Hannant
 

Tina is responsible for leading Finance, Estates and Facilities, and IT and Information Services.  As Chief Financial Officer for the College, Tina works closely with the Board of Governors and Executive Team to ensure the financial stability of the College.

Tina, a qualified accountant, has a wealth of experience within the education sector and the wider public sector, having held a variety of senior management roles during her career.

Assistant Principal - Curriculum, Alex Muir

Alex Muir

Alex is responsible for leading and overseeing all classroom-based education provision for both young people and adults. The role ensures the highest standards of teaching and learning and drives curriculum development. As the College’s Executive Designated Safeguarding Lead, Alex provides strategic leadership in safeguarding, ensuring robust policies and practices are implemented to protect and support all learners.

Alex brings extensive experience in curriculum design, quality improvement, and educational leadership, with a proven track record of enhancing teaching and learning outcomes and aligning provision to meet emerging skills needs.

Assistant Principal - Business Development and Technical Education, Nicola Raine

Nicola Raine

Nicola is responsible for leading the College’s business development and marketing functions, promoting employer engagement across the region, and driving growth in partnerships. She also oversees the College’s technical education offer, ensuring it meets industry standards and aligns with emerging skills needs.

Nicola has extensive experience in education and skills development, having held several leadership roles focused on employer engagement, curriculum innovation, and apprenticeship growth throughout her career.

 

 

Director of Human Resources

Rachel Holmes

Rachel is responsible for HR Services, providing professional support and guidance to managers and staff in all HR related activities ensuring the effective application of HR policies, procedures, employment legislation and best practice.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, Rachel brings with her wealth of experience in public sector (mainly NHS) Human Resources roles.
