Strengthening Skills for Tomorrow’s Construction Workforce

Friday

Today we were delighted to welcome Darren Ryan, General Manager, along with Brent Jessop, Traffic Management Supervisor from Hatton Traffic Management Ltd to college.

They generously donated materials to support our Groundwork Construction learners—resources that will play a vital role in helping our students develop practical skills, gain real-world experience, and progress confidently in their training.

This kind of industry support is invaluable in helping us equip our learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become the future workforce of the construction sector. By working closely with employers, we can ensure our training reflects real industry standards and prepares students for successful careers.

Hatton Traffic Management Ltd provides comprehensive, UK-wide temporary traffic management, design, and vehicle restraint systems for construction, events, and highway maintenance, and we’re incredibly grateful for their continued support in developing the next generation of skilled professionals.
