All of our menus are prepared and cooked-to-order and served by our aspiring chefs, waiters and waitresses at a fraction of the cost of professional restaurants, but with the food cooked to the same high standard. The Steel House Bistro is set in a realistic working environment for our hospitality and catering students. The restaurant is student-led, whilst being supported by qualified and experienced teaching staff. The staff and students of The Steel House Bistro incorporate the principles of cookery, food service and fresh produce to create a completely unforgettable dining experience!
