How to apply to College

Becoming a student could not be easier. Simply follow the step-by-step guide below.

1. Carefully complete the Application Form (see links below).
2. Your completed Application Form can be sent online or posted to:
   
   Derwentside College,
   Freepost,
   Front Street,
   Consett,
   County Durham.
   DH8 5BR
   
   or hand in your completed form at our reception desk at the Consett Campus.
3. On receipt of your application, we will invite you to attend an informal appointment to discuss your chosen programme.
4. Following this appointment you will receive an offer for the course(s) you have applied for, which will be subject to you achieving the necessary entry requirements.
5. If at any time you decide you would like to discuss changing your initial choice of course, Advice and Guidance from specialist staff is always available. Just contact a member of our Admissions team on (01207) 585900. We are here to help you.
