What is an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships allow you to work, earn and gain a qualification to help you in your career.  How you study can vary - you may have to attend college one day a week, or you may be required to do all of your studying at work - or even a blend of the two.

Apprenticeships are available at three different levels, so there’s something to suit everyone.  Typically it takes one to two years to complete an apprenticeship; however some may take longer due to the nature of the programme.
