Hospitality industry. With such demand for skilled chefs
and hospitality specialists, studying catering and

opportunities.
You will gain a range of skills, enabling you to develop an

You can also build on your service and customer care skills

Cookery
Level 3
I have always
been passionate about
food and cookery, so
after my GCSEs at Park
View School, I chose a
vocational option that
suited me better than
studying A levels. I love
the course and have
developed my skills so
much thanks to the
fantastic College staff.
I’m currently organising
a work placement at The
Ritz in London, and when
I complete my course I’m
planning to progress to
university to study Food
Science.
