Army Bursary Scheme

Imagine being able to make money, study, learn a trade and get set-up for a great job - all at the same time. Under the new Army FE Bursary Scheme (FEBS), that's exactly what's happening in colleges across the UK now.

Derwentside College operates the new Army Bursary Scheme, which means you could earn up to £1,000 a year whilst studying at College if you intend to go into the Army. An Army Bursary is worth £2,000. You get £1,000 while you are at College, and you'll get another £1,000 at the end of your course. You will be eligible for the Army Bursary Scheme if you are studying: Administration, Care, Catering, Engineering, ICT, Sport or Uniformed Services.
